A Question That Started Everything

What actually happens when a corporate campaign meets a room full of real people who have real questions about their coverage? I found myself asking exactly that at a public event a few years back, notebook in one hand and a cold cup of coffee in the other — scribbling observations between conversations with attendees who ranged from first-timers to seasoned professionals.

That dual habit — taking notes and talking to people — pretty much sums up how I work. I write to make complex ideas accessible, and I analyse to make sure what I'm sharing actually holds up under scrutiny. The two roles sharpen each other constantly.

What You Can Expect Here

Every piece I publish is tested against practical reality first. If an approach doesn't survive contact with a genuine scenario — whether that's a large-scale insurance campaign or a single reader's specific situation — I rethink it before it reaches the page.

  • Honest breakdowns of how campaigns and public events actually function
  • Insights useful whether you're brand new or already deep in the industry
  • Analysis grounded in observation, not just theory
  • Writing that respects your time and your intelligence

Curious about something specific? I'd genuinely love to hear from you — head over to my contact page and let's talk.
